fareENOUGH helps launch Independence Air with customized development of customized call center and reservation system software integration
fareENOUGH announced today it has been engaged by Independence Air (formerly Altlantic Coast Airlines) to develop an integration tool for linking Independence Air's CTI phone system to their reservation system, including customized development of low-level API messaging to the call center reservation application. This tool will be unique in that it will allow interaction with Navataire's FlightSpeed reservation application as a de facto API, thereby allowing automated interaction with Navatiare's industry leading reservation application for the first time. As a result, Independence Air will be even more able to provide superior customer service with more usable information for their Customer Service Representatives.
